12th Annual Neptune Wine Festival
Neptune Festival held the 12th Annual Wine Festival this year at King Neptune Park on 31st street at the oceanfront. It was a two day event that allowed friends to gather and taste over 21 of Virginia's quality Wines. Neptune Festival is a great time for Residence to come out and enjoy the oceanfront.
